My Sophi™ 2-Way Communication Hub

The My Sophi™ 2-Way Communication Hub* transmits all your readings from the devices you choose, including the blood pressure monitor, the glucometer, the pulse oximeter, and others, to the Care Center. It allows your Care Team  to connect with you and allows you to reach out to your Care Team, 24/7. In addition to sending your vital signs daily to the  Care Team, your Care Team may send reminders through the Hub for important health events such as to schedule your flu shot, with easy to understand and audible reminders. To contact a member of your Care Team, a simple press of the voice button will connect you.

The Hub is plugged into an electrical outlet and sends and receives transmissions through wireless communications, not the Internet. So, no Internet connection and no landline phone services are needed. A battery backup is in place in the event of a temporary power outage.
